The pre-order

What is a pre-order?
DROP 001 is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. You reserve your piece and your size during the pre-order window, and production starts once that window closes. That is how a small label makes something properly, without producing hundreds of pieces nobody asked for.

When will I receive my piece?
The window stays open about one week to ten days. Once it closes, allow roughly 14 days for production, plus shipping time for your country. You get an email with tracking the moment your parcel leaves.

Why do I pay now?
Because your payment is what launches production. It is not a deposit — it is the full order, placed early.

What if production cannot happen?
You are refunded in full. No conditions.

Can I cancel before it ships?
Yes. Write to contact@pitlanepoetry.com with your order number before the piece ships and it is cancelled and refunded.

Sizing and fit

Which size should I take?
Both pieces are cut oversized and unisex, S to XXL. If you want the intended silhouette, take your usual size. If you prefer a closer fit, size down one.

Between two sizes?
Take the smaller one. Oversized cuts are forgiving upwards, less so downwards.

Can I change my size after ordering?
Yes, as long as production has not started. Email us with your order number — we will handle it.

The pieces

What is DROP 001?
Two pieces: a heavyweight hoodie and a tee. Organic cotton, garment-washed, embroidered chest signature and a printed back graphic. Full specs are on the home page — tap either card.

Why can I not see the back?
The back graphic is the whole point of DROP 001, and it stays under wraps until the reveal. What you see blurred on the home page is the real piece.

Where is it made?
In France, by a small atelier, on certified organic blanks. Production is made to order, not stocked.

Will DROP 001 come back?
No. It is produced once, in the quantity pre-ordered, then closed. There is no restock.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
France, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and the UAE.

How much is shipping?
It depends on your country. Pick your country at checkout and the exact cost is shown before you pay — never a surprise at the end.

My country is not listed.

Customs and duties outside the EU?
Orders outside the European Union may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Payment

How can I pay?
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, through Stripe. Your payment details never touch our servers.

Is it secure?
Payment runs entirely on Stripe's hosted checkout. We only ever receive a confirmation that the payment succeeded.

Is there VAT on my invoice?
No. PITLANEPOETRY operates under the French micro-entreprise VAT exemption (art. 293 B of the CGI), so no VAT is charged. Prices shown are the prices paid.

Returns and exchanges

Can I return my piece?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, on an unworn piece with its labels still attached. Return shipping is at your expense.

Wrong size on arrival?
Email us. Subject to remaining stock from the run, we exchange it.

Damaged or faulty?
Send a photo to contact@pitlanepoetry.com. We replace it or refund it, at no cost to you.
